About

Learn more about the story behind Mindset Intervention and our commitment to supporting families and individuals in our community.

Our Story

Founded in 2018 by Jelani and Emma St. Louis, Mindset Intervention was established with a clear purpose: to support individuals living with Disability and Mental health challenges to lead safe, meaningful, and independent lives. Built on lived experience, professional expertise, and genuine compassion, our organisation was created to respond to gaps we saw in the way people were supported within the community.

Our team brings together years of experience across mental health, disability, and psychosocial support services, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, trauma-informed care, and person-centred support. We believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, respected, and supported by a consistent and skilled team.

Working in partnership with the NDIS, Mindset Intervention provides tailored supports that empower individuals to build capacity, strengthen independence, and achieve their personal goals. We take pride in fostering strong relationships with participants, families, guardians, and allied health professionals to ensure care is coordinated, transparent, and responsive.

At Mindset Intervention, every individual deserves dignity, opportunity, and a brighter future and we are committed to walking alongside our participants to help turn that vision into reality.
